Do you have a storefront?
Not yet! Provence House currently shops online and through our local pop-ups and events around Charlotte.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re local to Charlotte, local pickup may be available. Reach out to us before placing your order to arrange pickup.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and during select promotions. Any available shipping offers will be shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible returns can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have their original tags attached.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely! We offer exchanges for another size or item, subject to availability. If the item you’d like is sold out, we’ll issue store credit instead.
How do I know what size to order?
Sizing can vary slightly by style. We include fit and sizing details in our product descriptions whenever possible. If you’re between sizes or need help deciding, reach out to us—we’re always happy to help!
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some of our favorites may come back, but restocks aren’t always guaranteed. Follow @shopprovencehouse on Instagram for restock announcements and new arrival updates.
How often do you release new arrivals?
We’re always searching for new pieces that feel true to Provence House. New arrivals are released throughout the season, so check back often and follow along on Instagram for first looks.
