Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Provence House pieces! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange.
Returns for Store Credit
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit to use toward a future Provence House purchase.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase and must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, or other signs of wear
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, you will receive store credit instead.
Final Sale
Sale items, accessories, jewelry, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please Note
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Provence House as soon as possible so we can make it right.
