All Provence House purchases are currently final sale.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect sizing, fit, change of mind, or personal preference.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, photographs, and your order details before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can review the issue. Provence House reserves the right to request photographs or additional information regarding the item.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Provence House is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's services and procedures.
If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the surrounding delivery area and contact the shipping carrier.
Provence House will review shipping concerns on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as delivered.
